SHIPPING:

FREE shipping Australia wide on orders above $99! Under this amount we have a blanket cost of $10 ex GST. Generally we use Australia Post Registered Mail for deliveries.

SAME DAY DELIVERY: Same day delivery may be available to you if you live within the Brisbane Metropolitan area only if order is placed prior to 11am.  This applies to machine orders only so please call us on 3844 00 66 to confirm availability.

RETURNS:

For all product issues please contact us.

All faulty or damaged products will be subject to CPAPCentral assessment and the manufacturers warranty conditions. Refunds or replacement will be granted once this assessment has been completed and in accordance with the manufacturers policy. Equipment purchases can be returned to CPAPCentral and a full refund will be given where such goods are unused, unopened and in original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Where the product has been unpackaged and/ or used there will be no refunds due to Health Regulations on medical equipment. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Normal warranty ranges from 2 – 5 years for CPAP units depending on brand, and 3 months for CPAP masks and accessories from date of purchase.

CPAPCentral will supply a free of charge loan CPAP machine for all CPAP units requiring servicing within the warranty period. Fees will apply for loan machines provided when a machine is out of warranty.
